All appointments are reserved exclusively through our secure online booking portal.
A $150 reservation deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This investment reflects the thoughtful preparation and personalized time dedicated to your care. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, applied toward your treatment on the day of service, and does not roll over to future appointments.
We understand that schedules may change. To ensure the highest level of service and availability for all clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any rescheduling. Appointments adjusted or canceled within this window will result in forfeiture of the deposit, without exception.
