Booking Policy

All booking is done through the online booking portal.

Credit card deposit is required. Deposit fee $100 will be charged during booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit is applied toward treatment fee and will NOT be refunded due to cancellation. No exceptions. The deposit fee does not go towards future appointments. This fee is for the appointment time.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask you kindly to do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time or your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.
